Sweet® Formed Channel Belt Conveyors offer a robust and reliable Belt Conveyor designed to meet your heavy-duty material handling needs. With a galvanized steel frame featuring tubular cross braces and a unique diaphragm squaring plate, these conveyors provide exceptional strength and durability.
They can support a weight of 565 pounds per linear foot when supports are spaced on 20-foot centers, ensuring efficient and secure transport of your materials.
Solid Construction to Handle Your Heaviest Applications
Sweet® Formed Channel Belt Conveyors can manage even your heaviest applications up to 565-pounds per linear foot when supports are spaced on 20′ centers.
Solid construction includes standard head sections with pillow block spherical roller bearings; Turned, Ground, and Polished (TG&P) headshafts; lagged pulleys and bushed hubs. The standard tail section includes self cleaning wing style tail pulley; and galvanized top mount protected screw take-ups.

Our Formed Channel Belt Conveyors are constructed using all bolted connections with a channel splice connection, allowing for easy installation and maintenance. With capacities ranging from 300 to 88,000 bushels per hour (8 to 2,250 metric tons per hour), these conveyors can handle a wide range of materials and throughput requirements.
